I’ll start by saying these photos are NOT photoshopped. And, yes, Amanda is just that ripped! Even as I began compiling the photos for this blog post my six year old son kept asking, “Is she real?! She has so many big muscles!”. Lol
Results like this don’t happen over night. These results come from dedication, hard work, and sacrifices. It’s obtained through a healthy lifestyle, working out (of course), and smart eating habits! It also comes from someone who finds it “fun” to do CrossFit in her backyard with her husband when she’s bored. 🙈
I’ll be quiet now so that you may marvel at the jaw dropping physique of Amanda
